A previously proposed, more elaborate parking-lot renovation at Town Hall was returned to staff for cost reduction and re-quoting. Chief Berry told council he would pare back the scope and obtain fresh estimates that address ADA accessibility, curb construction, parking counts and lighting.
Council declined to approve the larger, earlier proposal and asked for a revised cost estimate at the reduced scope before deciding. Chief Berry will present the new quotes and scope options at a future meeting.
