Board Secretary Nicole Lewis presented the division director's requests to withdraw the authorizations and release the two individuals. The Board recorded the approvals as formal Board Orders; the Williams order appears in the meeting packet as a Board Order withdrawing the arrest authorization and directing release from Jefferson County Jail, and the Smitherman order does likewise for Chilton County Jail. The Board Chair, Hal Nash, and the other members approved the motions during the meeting.
