President Richard Samples asked for approval of the payables and Trustee J.W. Coleman moved to approve; Trustee Michael Preston seconded and roll call approved the October payables of $274,272.26. The board also approved a set of meeting minutes after Trustee Christina Butler requested a correction to split an August meeting entry; she recused on one of the minutes votes. President Samples asked the board to remove the August 2025 Treasurer's Report from the meeting agenda at the start of the meeting and the amended agenda was approved unanimously earlier in the session.
These approvals were procedural and did not authorize new policy or capital projects; they finalize regular administrative business and allow village operations to continue without interruption.
