Owner Nate Miletta presented the proposal to the board. Tim Lehman moved to approve the subdivision; A.J. LaFrance seconded the motion and the minutes record "All ayes, motion was carried." The minutes do not record any conditions on the approval or a recorded roll-call tally beyond the unanimous outcome.
