Minutes state that "Everyone present signed Thank You Notes to the sponsors and vendors." Teresa Evans and Jody Bauer will coordinate addressing the cards, and Evans will prepare an insert that lists the 2025 events and includes a Tourism sticker that will be placed inside the cards.
