The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee met in closed session July 22 to consult with legal counsel about several litigation matters (listed by PIN and case numbers) under Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(g). When the committee returned to open session it announced no action had been taken on most closed-session items but approved the closed-session minutes of June 24, 2026 (motion by Bob Almekinder, second by Dan Hess; unanimous).
Cases and PINs were listed in the agenda (PIN MI-3240; TL-1267-6A; PIN WR-249 and Oneida County Case Nos. 24-CX-02, 25-CX-02, 25-CV-123, and 26-CV-107). The chair read the closed-session outcomes into the record: 'No action taken' for items a–c and approval of the closed session minutes.
