Planning staff (Karl Jennrich and Scott Ridderbusch) reviewed the application, confirmed publication and mailing of notices, and recommended ten conditions of permit issuance: limited use consistent with the application; compliance with Oneida County sign regulations (9.78) and off-street parking regulations (9.77); downcast/shielded lighting; screened dumpster with recycling; required town/county/state permits and state-approved plans where applicable (including shipping containers); outdoor storage limited to designated site-plan areas; stormwater infiltration per plan; DNR requirements for non-domestic wastewater holding tanks; and proper disposal of waste fluids per DNR rules.
No members of the public spoke during the hearing portion of this application. The committee approved the CUP with the ten conditions (motion by Bob Almekinder, second by Dan Hess; unanimous vote).
