The committee approved the plat to proceed with conditions intended to address addressing/911 confirmation, recorded road maintenance agreements for shared access/private roads, and standard signature/certificate requirements prior to final recordation.
Surveyor Jim Rein and owner Bob Rynders answered committee questions about the layout and private roadways. Members voted to approve the plat with the enumerated conditions on a motion by Bob Almekinder, seconded by Dan Hess; the motion carried unanimously. Staff indicated the final plat must include addressing and 911 approvals and copies of any required road maintenance agreements before recording.
