Motions were recorded in the minutes: Terry Chester moved to approve the Zoning Board minutes, seconded by Terrah Bevolo; Greg Adams moved to approve the Regular Board minutes, seconded by Terry Chester; and Terrah Bevolo moved to approve the Special Board minutes, seconded by Tammy Adams. The board also voted to approve bills and deposits for the reporting period June 1–30, 2026; both motions passed 4-0. The meeting record shows the board adjourned at 6:13 PM.
