The Town of Spring City Planning Commission convened Feb. 13 with Mayor Leon Locke calling the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Recorded attendees included Secretary Lee Booker and member Tony Wesolowski; Vice-Chairman Jeremy Hixson was listed as absent. Southeast Tennessee Development Regional Planner Jonathon Rush and City Recorder Brenda Dodson were also noted as present.
Outside representatives in attendance included Brad Brackett and Natalie Minor of RaganSmith Associates and John Hetzler with Merchant Land Holdings. The minutes record that there were no reports from officers, committees or staff during this meeting.
