"Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Hollis Select Board to accept Cutter Place as a public class 5 highway in accordance with RSA 674:40‑a," the chair read as part of the resolution. The board noted the construction maintenance bond will remain in effect until released by the public works director.
The acceptance transfers ownership and maintenance responsibility to the town, subject to release of the construction maintenance bond by the public works director.
