Board Member Linda Mirabelli then moved to grant the judges permission to hire Debra Schermerhorn as the assistant court clerk at $20.00 per hour. Board Member Elisabeth Albert seconded; the board again approved the motion unanimously. The minutes record the votes by name for both motions. The board took these actions during a brief special meeting conducted via Zoom and adjourned at 10:37 a.m.
