The resolution further states that the ROC partners with NYSED, the Access4Learning Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC) and The Education Cooperative (TEC) to negotiate Ed Law 2‑d–compliant DPAs, and that execution of those DPAs will not require expenditures beyond budgeted funds.
