Greig wrote the Board that the structure would cast a "continuous band of shadow" because it runs roughly 32 feet along the shared boundary.
Greig's stormwater analysis estimates that a 1-inch rainfall on an approximately 805-square-foot roof could produce roughly 475 gallons of runoff and warns that compacted fill and the site's slope could convey concentrated runoff downslope to the neighboring property. She asked the Board to consult the Village Engineer and to require on-site stormwater measures or relocation of the structure.
