Superintendent announces retirement, SED approval for renovation and next steps for bids

Superintendent Jennifer Dunn informed the board that Lisa Hanford will complete her last day of work this week and the board publicly thanked her for years of service. The minutes state: "Lisa Hanford will complete her last day of work this week. We wish her well in her retirement and thank her for many years of dedicated service to the Town of Webb UFSD."
Dunn also reported that "The heating and side entrance renovation project has been officially approved by SED. Bid packets are being prepared and we hope to be able to approve the award of the winning bid by April." The SED approval allows the district to proceed to the bid phase; the superintendent said she expects bid packets to be released and award action to be considered by the board in the coming months.
