Board accepts retirements, donations, surplus declarations and authorizes settlement

At its Nov. 14 meeting, the Town of Webb UFSD Board accepted a letter of intent to retire from Lisa Hanford, effective March 2, 2025, and accepted resignations including J. Brownsell (Varsity Volleyball Coach) and D. Ste Marie (JV Volleyball Coach). The board also approved the appointment of volunteer Julie Meeks‑Nelson to elementary classrooms and several volunteer basketball program helpers.
The board accepted a donation of a popcorn machine from Andrew Hopsicker to Student Council and declared surplus two Singer 935 Graduate sewing machines (with stow‑away tables and stools) and four Portable Pfaff Hobby 1032 machines in hard cases for the purpose of donation. The board also voted to authorize the superintendent to enter into a settlement agreement with Nicole Ross. All personnel and donation motions passed 4‑0.
