Board accepts audit, approves budget calendar and certifies warrants and claims

The Town of Webb Union Free School District Board of Education voted unanimously on Nov. 14 to accept the financial statements and Audit Report for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, prepared by Stackel and Navarra, CPA, PC, and to approve the associated Corrective Action Plan. Board member Holly Armendola reported the auditor found no concerns and that the district is in good standing.
The board also approved the 2025–26 budget preparation calendar and certified warrants and claims under the consent agenda. The minutes list checks across funds: Fund A — 114 checks totaling $657,613.31; Fund C — 11 checks totaling $18,546.32; Fund H1 — 2 checks totaling $106,252.98; and Fund TA — 2 checks totaling $81,220.20. The consent agenda passed 4‑0.
