• Linda Pereira (3 Goodwin St.): Dimensional variance to allow two additional bedrooms (four total rentable bedrooms) in a guest house. The board approved the petition with conditions that the project start and be substantially complete within 12 months, outstanding public‑notice invoices be paid, and the dimensional variance will sunset upon sale of the property.
