The board heard an abbreviated reapproval petition for Jessica Phillips (108 Catherine St.) seeking to build an in‑ground pool that would increase lot coverage from 16% to 18.2% (the ordinance allows 15%). Attorney Michael Mineau said the application and plans were identical to what the board had approved previously and that no objectors were present. Board members accepted the prior findings and voted unanimously to grant the petition with the standard condition that the project be started and substantially completed within 12 months or that an extension be requested.
Mineau told the board he had not been involved in the original application but confirmed that the dimensions and plans are the same as the previously recorded decision. The board required payment of outstanding public‑notice invoices before recording the decision.
