The Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Commission approved two public-health items on July 21: a Clinical Affiliate Agreement with the Sherry Lesar School of Nursing at Montana Tech to support clinical placements, and Task Order Number 27-07-6-11-017-0 under the State of Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services master contract for Public Health Emergency Preparedness.
The chairman opened the floor for public comment; none was given. Commissioner Paul Smith moved to approve the clinical agreement and Commissioner Beausoleil seconded; the motion carried 5-0. Commissioner Beausoleil then moved to approve the task order for emergency preparedness; Commissioner Ed Beaudette seconded, and the motion carried 5-0.
