Clarksville ISD held a special meeting on May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the district boardroom to canvass and certify the results of the May 2 trustee election and to administer oaths to newly elected trustees. President Greg Lewis presided; Mr. Sterling Dockins and Ms. Angela Rosser were installed and "the oath of office was administered by Valerie Garnes, Notary Public." The meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
The certification and installation were recorded as formal items on the agenda. Greg Lewis announced the canvass and certification of election results, and the minutes state that Mr. Dockins and Ms. Rosser were installed as newly elected trustees. Board member Shuronda Moore-Turner led the Pledge of Allegiance and the district vision and mission were recited as part of the opening proceedings.
