Town of Webb UFSD board approves consent agenda, several personnel and financial items

The Town of Webb Union Free School District Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the Jan. 9, 2025 regular meeting, voting 5–0 to accept the minutes of the Dec. 12, 2024 meeting and a slate of personnel and financial items. The motion to approve the consent agenda was made by Jen Lis and seconded by Margaret Morelli.
The approved warrants and claims cover multiple funds: Fund A (#19) with 73 checks totaling $284,521.44; Fund C (#7) with 6 checks totaling $6,095.20; Fund H1 (#8) with 1 check for $4,000; Fund TA (#13) with 1 check for $761.88; Fund TA (#15) with 2 checks totaling $43,400.78; and Fund TA (#11) with 25 checks totaling $391,385.90. The consent agenda also included approval of Karen Beck as a mentor to Jolene Kapfer, substitutes Ava Dornburgh and Jennifer Palermo, and volunteer Jennifer Rundell to the volleyball program.
Board President Diane Heroux called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. before the board took up these items; the consent motions passed by a recorded vote of Yes 5, No 0. The District Clerk noted minutes remain in draft form until approved at a subsequent meeting.
