"Upon the recommendation of the Board President, on a motion by J. Lis, seconded [by] M. Morelli, the Board voted to approve the following consent agenda," the record states.
The warrants and claims approved at the meeting totaled $909,713.76, itemized in the minutes as Fund A: $489,670.55; Fund C: $3,600.30; Fund #2: $19,365.48; Fund H1: $21,467.00; Fund TA: $375,610.43. The motion carried 5–0. Board President Diane Heroux presided over the vote; board members recorded present in the minutes were Marissa Van Valkenburg, Margaret Morelli, Holly Armendola, Jen Lis and Ellie Bartlett (student representative).
