Board holds public hearing on District Safety Plan, opens 30-day comment period

The Town of Webb Union Free School District Board of Education held a public hearing Aug. 22 to review the District Safety Plan. The board said a summary of the plan will be available for viewing on towschool.org for 30 days and invited public comment by email to mrussell@towschool.org.
Board President Diane Heroux opened the hearing; the board did not take formal action on the plan during the meeting but approved the District and Building Safety Plans as part of the consent agenda. The board advised that written comments submitted during the 30-day period will be accepted and considered as part of the plan review process.
