The board opened a public hearing on an area variance for 27 Broadway at 7:02 PM, closed the hearing at 7:21 PM, and adjourned the meeting at 7:23 PM. Minutes record that one certified notice to adjacent owners was returned undeliverable (to 23A Broadway). The applicants were directed to return to the Planning Board for site‑plan review; the minutes list Planning Board meeting dates of Aug. 11 and Aug. 25, 2025.
