Tivoli trustees adopt annual reorganization, administer oaths and list committees

The Village of Tivoli Board of Trustees on April 15 adopted Resolution 13-2026 to complete the village’s annual reorganization. The board voted unanimously on the resolution (roll call: Majer aye; Shilling aye; Mangieri aye; Baldino aye; Imboden aye) after Clerk Kris Cleaveland administered oaths of office to Court Clerk Tabatha Eaton and Trustees Emily Mangieri and Sarah Imboden.
Mayor Emily M. Majer outlined officer positions, committee assignments and official designations for the coming year, including the appointment of Bonnie Day as Treasurer and the designation of M&T Bank as official depository and Kingston Daily Freeman as official newspaper. The mayor also listed planning, zoning and engineering representatives and named board liaisons to multiple committees.
