The proposal includes design development, bidding support, and construction administration; a lump-sum fee of $9,550 for design development and estimated reimbursables of $2,500 (largely for hazardous-material testing) were presented, along with additional bidding and construction-administration fee estimates.
The board adopted a resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute an agreement with North Woods Engineering; the motion was carried 5–0. The scope excludes new roofing and assumes hazardous-material testing returns negative results; the proposal notes abatement design would be an additional service if testing requires it.
