The Town Board adopted Resolution No. 12/2026 authorizing the Supervisor to execute a contract with Northwoods Engineering, PLLC to provide professional services for the Tupper Lake Train Station site enhancement project, including drainage, accessibility and landscaping design.
The resolution sets compensation for the services “not to exceed $21,766.00,” and was moved by Councilman Tim Larkin and seconded by Councilwoman Crystal Boucher. The motion carried 5-0.
Staff said the engineering work will produce technical design documents and oversight needed for improvements to the station grounds; the contract will return to the board if additional funding or scope changes are requested.
