Director Owen VonFlue nominated Dr. Creighton Helms; Director Tom Buchholz seconded the nomination and Chair Phil Wiesner called the vote, which passed unanimously. Director Josh Ort nominated Kellie Strawn (transcript also spells the name 'Kelli' later); Director Aaron Koch seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Vice Chair Derrick Foxworth nominated Paul Thompson; Director Jennifer Traeger seconded and that motion also passed unanimously. The board recorded no dissenting votes.
Board minutes list the newly appointed members as filling three vacancies; the superintendent’s office will notify appointees and update the budget committee roster.
