The Village Board on Jan. 12 authorized a Police Mutual Aid Agreement with the Town of Eastchester and the Village of Scarsdale. Trustee Sarah DeRise moved to approve and Deputy Mayor Darryl Taylor seconded; the board recorded a unanimous 5-0 vote.
Chief Rotta announced other police updates during departmental reports, including that resident parking stickers will be discontinued in favor of an online system and that merchant permits will move to an electronic workflow. The mutual aid agreement was placed on the record as approved during the resolutions portion of the meeting.
