At the Oct. 21 meeting the Board of Trustees approved the October 21, 2024 warrant in the amount of $566,641.83 for payment of bills and abstracts for September 2024; the motion was carried 5–0. Trustee Leon LeBlanc moved approval of the warrant and Trustee Eric Shaheen seconded.
The board also reviewed and accepted the Village Annual Financial Report for fiscal year ending May 31, 2024. Trustee Eric Shaheen moved to accept the AFR and Trustee David Maroun seconded; the action carried 5–0. The meeting minutes do not include verbatim participant quotations.
