Lister Doug Poulter and staff reported that NEMRC had mistakenly attributed a house to a vacant parcel on Twin Farms Road, causing large, incorrect reassessments. As a result, Liberti's assessed value temporarily rose from $193,900 to $1,759,800; another parcel (Tappas) also saw an incorrect change before being restored. Listers reviewed and approved an Errors & Omissions correction with NEMRC, and the Board voted unanimously to sign the E&O to correct the records.
The Board's action was procedural to restore accurate property assessments; no appeals or further litigation were recorded at the Aug. 5 meeting.
