Josh Taylor, the city's sewer operator, reported to the City of Coldspring Council that the wastewater treatment plant operated at roughly 25 percent capacity for December and averaged 0.50 million gallons per day (MGD). Taylor added that December rainfall totaled 5.5 inches, and that Lift Stations 3, 5 and 6 had no issues during the month.
Taylor told the council that generators for Lift Stations 1 and 2 are awaiting replacement injectors expected in mid‑January and that Lift Station 4’s generator has been repaired and is operating normally.
