Assistant City Manager Beau Falgout reviewed the terms of a meet-and-confer agreement with the Cedar Park Police Association that would cover the period Oct. 1, 2024 through Sept. 30, 2027. Councilmember Heather Jefts moved to ratify the agreement; Mayor Pro Tem Anne Duffy seconded and the council approved the resolution 7-0.
The resolution was recorded in the minutes; staff will carry out the personnel and fiscal steps required to implement the agreement as documented in the approved resolution (R214.24.09.12.H4).
