The report listed a series of maintenance and capital improvements: new tankless hot-water heaters in the girls’ weight room and kitchen, a 75-gallon hot-water heater in the high-school hallway, a mini-split in the server room, new countertops at the concession stand, LED conversions for all high-school gym light fixtures, and a new alarm system for coolers and freezers at both campuses.
Board members thanked facilities staff for the work and asked whether any staff were overusing the work-order system; staff said no and accepted the appreciation. The presentation emphasized ongoing maintenance needs and small capital upgrades rather than large-scale construction projects.
