ISD 191 advances multiple policy changes on first reading, keeps Policy 722 unchanged

On Oct. 10 the ISD 191 Board approved, on first and final reading, non-substantive changes to policies including 410 (Family and Medical Leave), 414 (Mandated Reporting), 707 and 708 (Transportation), 498 (Political Campaigns) and 802 (Disposition of Obsolete Equipment). That consent-agenda motion was moved by Director Conner, seconded by Director Alt and carried unanimously (6,0).
Separately, the board voted to make no changes to Policy 722: Public Data Requests (motion carried unanimously, 6,0). With Director Mursal temporarily out of the room, the board also approved on first reading proposed changes to policies 416, 418, 509 and 515, and a separate first-reading motion advancing policies 102, 419 and 609; those first-reading motions are recorded as unanimous among the five members present (5,0). The minutes do not include the text of the proposed policy edits.
