Jenison Board Approves Multiple Student Out‑of‑State Trips, Including Orchestra Visit to Walt Disney World

Approved trips include High School Orchestra to Walt Disney World, Orlando (Nov. 24–30, 2025); Marching Band events on Sept. 20–21 and Nov. 14–16; Varsity Winter Guard regional competitions (Feb–Apr); DECA regional and national conferences (Nov–Apr, including trips to Washington, D.C., and Atlanta); an art/french day trip to the Art Institute of Chicago on Oct. 17; and two junior-high multiweek tours in 2026 — an East Coast trip (May 29–June 4, 2026) and a Costa Rica Spanish immersion trip (June 12–26, 2026). The packet lists trip organizers and itineraries; Clare Chamberlin is the primary contact for the junior-high Costa Rica trip.
