The resolution to accept the gifts was moved by Nikki Johnson and seconded by Kevin Gross. The minutes record a roll-call vote: Director Becky Roby and Vice Chair DeEtta Moos were absent; the remaining five members (Johnson, Sprandel, Solberg, Gross, Halverson) were recorded as yes, and the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
