Tuxedo board keeps public hearing on animal regulation open until Feb. 11

"The Board continues to work on another draft so the Public Hearing will be kept open until a later date," Supervisor Dave McMillen said, and the board voted to keep the hearing open until Feb. 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The motion passed 4 Ayes, 0 Nays, 1 Absent.
The board recorded no public comments during the hearing. The extension gives the town more time to refine language and provide public notice before the next hearing. The next scheduled continuation is Feb. 11 at 7:00 p.m., when the board will again receive public comment and consider the revised draft.
