Dawson Lam of Client Peter Consulting presented contractor selections for owner-occupied-repair (OOR) work and asked the board to approve the contracts for nine homes. Lam said the packet highlights the jobs approved today and lists which contractors each homeowner selected.
"This time there is 9 homes," Lam said while describing the packet; he read totals showing Moreland at $39,018, Beard at $6,320.30, Dave's at $51,265 and a listed Fortitude figure in the packet, with a total of $186,982.95. After a brief discussion about two bids that need rebids or contractor follow-up, a motion to approve the OOR contractor bids was moved, seconded and passed unanimously.
Lam said staff will obtain any missing signatures and proceed with executing the contracts; commissioners asked staff to follow up on two jobs that had not received responsive bids to date.
