The Heritage Pines CDD Board accepted the unaudited financial statements as of Feb. 28, 2025. District Manager Chuck Adams reported that revenue is 94% collected with one month remaining until the payment deadline and that interest earned on investment accounts was not yet reflected because statements had not been received in time.
Mr. Adams said he would email the Board with interest earnings once the statements are posted. The acceptance was approved on motion by Mr. Putman and seconded by Mr. Rhodes, with all in favor.
