District Manager Chuck Adams explained the update and said the CDD is "more likely to be the recipient of aid from other governmental entities than a provider of aid." The resolution was adopted unanimously; Mr. Adams noted the updates are administrative and reflect current intergovernmental practices for mutual aid.
