Heritage Pines CDD adopts FY2026 O&M budget, sets July 15 public hearing

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-03 approving a proposed Operation and Maintenance (O&M) budget for fiscal year 2025/2026 and scheduled a public hearing for July 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room.
District Manager Chuck Adams reviewed year-over-year adjustments and said, "The net effect is a reduction of approximately $4,000 in appropriations compared to Fiscal Year 2025." He also reported the projected O&M assessment will decrease by $2.88 per unit. The Board approved the resolution on a motion by Vice Chair Arthur Rhodes, seconded by Assistant Secretary Carol Vaughan, with all in favor.
The Board will consider public comment on the proposed budget at the July 15 hearing. Adams said specific line-item changes and the full proposed budget were presented during the meeting and will be posted in accordance with statutory transmittal and publication requirements.
