After a short recess the council convened in closed session at 4:01 p.m. to consider items related to the City Manager position and labor negotiations. The minutes record the council reconvened at 5:18 p.m., and adjourned at 5:19 p.m. The minutes document includes a line showing the minutes were approved on September 24, 2025, and bears the signature line for City Clerk James Jeffries (the transcript contains a typographic error at the signature line that was interpreted as a shorthand/typo).
