Board names TASB delegate, updates TexSTAR signatories and schedules special meeting for $19,450 overage

Superintendent Darla Nolen requested board approval of an additional $19,450 above the district's local-policy cap of $50,000. Because the item was not listed as an action item on the published agenda, trustees scheduled a special board meeting for Monday, July 7, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. in the Sherry Moore Boardroom to consider the request.
