Dottie Sullivan updated the board on district construction and facilities, saying the new monument sign requires a final electrical hookup and minor brick repair. Sullivan also presented the district’s finance and Federal Funds reports and confirmed there were no related-party transactions in the submitted materials.
Sullivan informed the board that an official intruder detection audit was performed at the elementary campus on Jan. 14, 2026. The audit was reported as completed in the district update; no public comment or questions on the audit were recorded in the minutes.
