Beatrix Lane told the committee she must submit a letter to redevelopment requesting an extension because she won the patio funds in February 2024 and redevelopment gave an April 15 deadline to obligate the grant.
“I have spoken with the redevelopment office, and they have told me that I need to submit a letter, requesting an extension because I won the funds for the patio back in 02/2024. And so they are giving me the drop dead date of April 15,” Beatrix Lane said. Nadek said property management and the architect’s designee will assist and that doors and power openers could be added depending on available funds.
