TEA appeal approved; district’s intruder detection finding removed

The minutes state "Mr. Itz and TEA walked the property that was indicated needing resolution. After review, it was determined that there is no longer resolution on our part. Appeal is now approved. The initial findings are no longer showing in the system. Weight Room is now exempted from regulation."
Trustees did not record further motions; staff will carry the cleared audit status in the district’s compliance records. The update removes an outstanding audit finding reported earlier in the district’s TEA review process.
