Academy ISD certifies May 3 trustee election; three trustees sworn in

Poncik 346; Amy Adcock 254; Kacee Nabours 156; Matt Wolfe 138; Mitch Conine 120; Derrick Sullivan 74; George Bunker 17. The board voted to accept the canvass results unanimously, 7-0.
After the board accepted the canvass, Election Officer Jeniece Washburn administered the Oath of Office to re-elected Trustee Dr. Amy Adcock and newly seated Trustees Kacee Nabours and Bobby Poncik. The action formalized the results reported to the board and placed the three trustees on the board roster for the upcoming term.
