Staff summarized three variance requests: a pool-deck setback variance at 1131 Challenger, a 4-foot iron fence in the golf-course setback at 3407 Saltillo Court, and a 4-foot fence and gate in the street-side setback at 609 Pupino Bend. Applicants described family-safety and site-constraint reasons for each request; the commission closed public comment on the items and passed the motions by voice vote with no opposition recorded.
